Counselling in Eastbourne

I am a BACP registered Counsellor based at the Natural Fitness Centre in Eastbourne, East Sussex. I offer both in-person and online counselling, as well as "walk and talk" therapy in various locations. My approach is based on Person-Centred Counselling - but I bring to this a broad life experience, and many years of personal development work, which also informs my therapeutic approach.I am a father of 4, with 20 years of entrepreneurship behind me. Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy in Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton area.

Walk & Talk adds the power of nature to the therapeutic process. As a keen walker myself, I find it a great way to escape from the day to day, and focus on the session in hand. As a person-centred counsellor, I connect deeply my clients as we explore their process together.

My main base for counselling is in Eastbourne, but with "walk and talk" therapy I am happy to meet you in various locations, including Brighton and Lewes, and even at some of the fantastic walking spots that the South Downs offer to us. Sessions are normally 55 minutes in length, but I also offer full day outings - which can be especially useful when you have a big decision or concern to address.

Finding the right counsellor for you is key to successful therapy. Book a consultation today and we can look at any questions you may have.

There is no pressure to see me after this initial consultation. If I am not the right person for you, then I will happily suggest other resources or professionals that may be better able to serve you.

  • What type of therapy is offered?
I am a BACP registered, person-centred counsellor, working with individuals of all ages, and with all kinds of challenges.
  • How long does therapy last?
Therapy typically lasts at least 12 weeks, but can also continue far longer than that. We review progress together every 6 weeks. I do not have any cut off limit, but find that most clients will end their sessions after 12 to 18 weeks.
  • Do you offer couple counselling?
Yes I do. In couple counselling, I provide a safe space in which we can work at the emotional level, to bring strength back to the relationship.
