I am a BACP registered counsellor, based in Eastbourne, UK. I offer low cost counselling both in-person and online across the UK and even throughout Europe. I am native English, but speak fluent Spanish and some Italian and German.

Online Counselling from £30

Affordable therapy in-person and online

Sometimes when we most need support is when we can least afford it. I believe in offering affordable counselling and therapy to anyone who needs it, and I make every effort to ensure that I can do that. On Fridays I am currently offering counselling sessions at the low rate of £30 for a 55 minutes session (online). There is no requirement to prove your income, in order to book one of these sessions. What I do ask you to do, is consider that taking one of these therapy sessions, when you are earning more, may effectively prevent somebody from booking a low cost session who really needs it

I also offer reduced rate sessions throughout the week to anyone on income support, as well as to students and young people

Who can book low cost counselling with me?

I do not ask for any proof of income when booking my low cost therapy sessions on Fridays. I do ask you to consider if you need the low rates. If the answer feels like a yes, then that is enough for me

It can be difficult to access more affordable options for counselling, and so I choose to be a part of the solution for that. If I am able to be of help, when you are not in the best of financial situations, then I am happy about that.

Booking an "Affordable Friday" session (£30)
The Friday sessions at £30 are only available for online videocalls. They are payable in advance, and non-refundable (although I will try to move the booking if it proves necessary)
