I am a BACP registered counsellor, based in Eastbourne, UK. I offer low cost counselling both in-person and online across the UK and even throughout Europe. I am native English, but speak fluent Spanish and some Italian and German.

Affordable therapy in-person and online

Sometimes when we most need support is when we can least afford it. I believe in offering affordable counselling and therapy to anyone who needs it, and I make every effort to ensure that I can do that. I am currently offering counselling sessions at the low rate of £35 for a 55 minutes session (online or walk and talk) or £45 in-person. There is no requirement to prove your income, in order to book one of these sessions. What I do ask you to consider is that taking one of these therapy sessions, when you are earning more, may effectively prevent somebody from booking a low cost session who really needs it

I offer these reduced rate sessions throughout the week to anyone on income support, anyone who feels that they cannot afford full fees, as well as to students and young people

Who can book low cost counselling with me?

I do not ask for any proof of income when booking my low cost therapy sessions. I do ask you to consider if you need the low rates. If the answer feels like a yes, then that is enough for me

It can be difficult to access more affordable options for counselling, and so I choose to be a part of the solution for that. If I am able to be of help, when you are not in the best of financial situations, then I am happy about that.

Booking an "Affordable" session (£35)
Sessions at £35 are only available for online videocalls or "walk and talk". They are payable in advance, and non-refundable (although I will try to move the booking if it proves necessary)
